About Dawn of a World

Darta, son of Carta, is selected to become the next protector of his island, the Incarnation of Lightning and Thunder. After years of useless training under his master Raijin, his selection seems more out of convenience than of righteousness or fated to happen. In what appears to be another pointless task, he will encounter an entity older than the Incarnations that will chase him to a land that shouldn't exist, Niuva. With his reality and trust in the Incarnations shattering, Darta must survive long enough to learn why he was chosen and whether the truth is worth the price of his identity.

About me

Born and raised in Cuba, Aldren A. Martin grew up with a vivid imagination nurtured by the stories he found in books, films, and video games. Those early influences became the spark that would one day lead him to writing

In college, he was selected to share an early animatic of Dawn of a World with industry professionals from Disney and Netflix—a defining moment that pushed him to refine and elevate the project.

At his university, Aldren spent a full year working one-on-one with a writing tutor, shaping Dawn of a World line by line. What started as a small idea has evolved into a fully realized novel and the foundation of a growing fantasy universe.

Nacido y criado en Cuba, Aldren A. Martin creció con una imaginación vívida alimentada por las historias que encontraba en series de televisión, películas y videojuegos. Esas primeras influencias se convirtieron en la chispa que algún día lo llevaría a escribir.

En la universidad, fue seleccionado para presentar un animatic temprano de Dawn of a World ante profesionales de Disney y Netflix, un momento decisivo que lo impulsó a perfeccionar y elevar el proyecto.

Durante su etapa universitaria, Aldren dedicó un año completo a trabajar uno a uno con un tutor de escritura, moldeando Dawn of a World línea por línea. Lo que comenzó como una idea pequeña ha evolucionado hasta convertirse en una novela plenamente realizada y en el cimiento de un universo de fantasía en expansión.
